Job Description Plant Superintendent - Helena, AR This is a full-time, exempt position. The superintendent will lead in all day-to-day activities of the facility. This includes loading/unloading, sampling, grading, transferring, blending, and storage of goods. Maintain a safe, sanitary workplace in compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.). Will be responsible to train and lead hourly employees in operations, safety and maintaining facilities.
