Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, including product selection, pricing negotiations, order processing, and delivery coordination, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of feed products, resolve customer issues, and address any logistical or operational challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends, animal health research, and regulatory changes related to livestock nutrition and feed additives, incorporating this knowledge into sales presentations and customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, veterinarians, nutritionists, and industry associations, to promote brand awareness, gather market intelligence, and identify opportunities for business growth.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales tools to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and generate reports for performance analysis and forecasting.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote feed products, showcase expertise, and expand professional network within the agricultural community.
