The entry-level Supply Chain candidate will participate in the Seed Operations Development Program, gaining end-to-end rotational experiences across the North America Supply Chain.

Key rotational areas include:
  • Sales and Operational Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand, optimizing the flow of seeds across the value chain.
  • Master Production Scheduling: Engage in the planning and coordination of production schedules to ensure Corteva's seed products meet market demand efficiently and on time.
  • Quality and Characterization: Enhance seed quality through testing and analysis, ensuring Corteva's products exceed industry standards.
  • Distribution and Logistics: Contribute to designing and executing efficient distribution networks to move products from production sites to customers with precision.
  • Inventory Allocation and Optimization: Assist in managing seed inventories, ensuring the right products are available at the right time to meet global demand.
  • Commercial Supply Planning: Play a key role in forecasting and strategic planning to support Corteva's commercial teams and ensure seamless product availability.
Participants will work across multiple product lines-corn, soybeans, canola, cotton, and wheat-gaining exposure to diverse aspects of the agricultural supply chain. This diverse experience is crucial for developing a holistic understanding of seed operations at Corteva.
Qualifications

Requirements: What You Bring?
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in agriculture, supply chain, or a related field, with a broad interest in the agriculture industry
  • Internship or work experience in agriculture or supply chain is preferred
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of seed production and supply chain operations
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Experience leading and influencing teams and projects
  • Knowledge of production agriculture and supply chain science
  • Supervisory and team leadership experience
