Principal Accountabilities - Start up and shut down of a production line, making mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting equipment
- Ensure all production paperwork is completed, which will require basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Responsible for containing and proactively addressing potential problems that may arise in an effort to limit disruptions to production
- Ensuring all processing steps have been completed and a quality product is delivered to the customer (all food handler tasks were completed properly; i.e. proper packaging, weights are in acceptable range) including assisting Food Handlers as needed
- Maintain adherence to all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Follow and champion personal and food safety policies and procedures as well as reporting any and all concerns or violations to the Leadership Team
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications - Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to perform basic math such as Addition, Subtraction, Division, and Multiplication
- Must have basic computer skills
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends and/or holidays as needed with advanced notice
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Preferred Qualifications - Previous food manufacturing experience
- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous experience in a fast paced, safety focused environment
