Shift available: 3rd shift
Compensation: $27.41/hr; plus shift differential

Principal accountabilities:
  • Responsible for operating all packaging lines while following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety and quality policies and procedures
  • Assists Lead by assures all machinery is functioning correctly, including inspection of all Quality Control focus areas, materials, products, and containers at each step of the packaging process
  • Responsible for creating, issuing, and completing quality documentation, line checks, and production paperwork and record any required information into SAP/MII
  • Ensures the hold area is being maintained appropriately
  • Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
  • Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
  • Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma /GED equivalent or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
  • Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts
  • Experience in production related work
