Job Description

Data Engineer (Multiple Positions), Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL. Design, build, and implement data foundations to support strategic advanced analytics projects. Apply understanding of raw or source data structures to architect strategic data marts. Architect and build data pipelines, construct, and modify data marts, prepare data, and design impactful data solutions. Develop novel data analytic approaches and coordinated decision science solutions. Prepare and present recommendations to colleagues and management.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field, and five (5) years of post- baccalaureate, progressive, related work experience in the position offered or a related position.
Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
• Data Warehousing ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory;
• Leveraging programming languages such as Python, Java, R for Data Analytics, Qlik Compose, Databricks, Ab Initio, Informatica or SSIS;
• Utilizing iterative development methodologies such as Agile, KanBan or DevOps to deliver solutions; and
• Applying BI architecture, data warehousing concepts, and data integration standard methodologies.
