Corteva Agriscience is looking for an innovative, energetic and transformational
IT Product Manager (ITPM) with Salesforce CRM Management experience. The IT Product Manager (ITPM) for CRM is accountable for identifying and delivering IT solutions through Salesforce CRM and related products. He or she will do this through a clearly defined product family of solutions that align to enterprise standards and common technology patterns. He or she will lead a team of Engineers, Architect(s), and IT Product Leads(s) to translate technology priorities into requirements for delivering Corteva's overall strategy for solutions that achieve transformational business outcomes.
As a Technology Leader - Demonstrates a breadth of domain knowledge by managing all technical aspects of applications and services within the Salesforce CRM product family.
- Possesses a depth of technical knowledge that is used to anticipate future needs (1-3 years), create product roadmaps, and advance the Portfolio management process.
- Sees synergies and impacts across the product family to guide business and technology decisions.
As a Capability Builder - Aligns products and delivery efforts to support business roadmap and strategic priorities.
- Leads discovery, assessment, estimation, and innovation to identify solution options for business needs.
- Demonstrates successful collaboration across peers in technology and the business.
- Defines and aligns on shared outcomes with business partners.
As an Operator - Ensures team is highly productive, including management of 8-10 full-time direct reports and contracted delivery partners.

How the ITPM works? Maintains Strong Business and IT Partnerships: Collaborates with Business stakeholders, IT partners, and peers to align delivery priorities to detailed requirements and business roadmaps.

Leads Product Development: Ensures that a comprehensive product view is available and leveraged (e.g., key performance indicators) for reporting, Agile Delivery Team management, and product health monitoring.

- Technical Product Management: Provide direction and oversight of financial management (i.e., financials for delivery, tech vendor contracts, Total Cost of Ownership, etc.), technical standards, system architecture, engineering practices, and product lifecycle.
- Delivery Leadership: Provide direct and matrix leadership of employees, contracted staff, vendor partners, and delivery processes for product development within their product family.
- Business IQ: Advancing knowledge and understanding of their business partners and how they fit within Corteva overall; Participate in industry peer groups to understand industry trends.
- Technology IQ: Continually growing knowledge and understanding of leading and emerging technologies related to their business partners and associated technology product families; Participate in industry peer groups to understand industry trends.
Key Responsibilities - What you will do to help us grow! - Influences and executes on a defined business roadmap for Salesforce CRM products.
- Ensure successful product delivery inclusive of support.
- Responsible for building the vision for the IT products/services, in alignment with business value/strategy roadmaps.
- Responsible for defining outcomes, key performance indicators (KPIs) and business impact metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of the platform, in alignment with business product owner.
- Responsible for financial management of the product family (i.e., financials for delivery, tech vendor contracts, Total Cost of Ownership, etc.).
- Expected to articulate and write technical product strategies, working with cross-functional groups to achieve support, as necessary.
- Facilitates development of clear, detailed, and thorough specifications for complex services and features of products.
- Articulates key product messaging for business and IT colleagues.
- Manages the end-to-end lifecycle(s) of complex products.
- Viewed as a product expert for one or more products.
- Creative in designing solutions and recognizes best design practices.
- Has deep understanding of platforms, tools, and technology in product area.
- Consults on epics, user stories across multiple complex and cross-functional feature/ service areas as needed.
- Understanding of how to match and deliver digital solutions to business needs.
- Evolving the technical direction of the products.
- Collaborates with Business stakeholders and IT Product Leads to ensure that the right products are delivered to meet Corteva's most pressing business needs.
- Maintains current technical knowledge to support rapidly changing technology.
- Always on a look out for new technologies and work with the team in bringing in new technologies.
- Support IT Product Leads in leading an IT product through its lifecycle and initiatives within it from inception to completion.
- Provide upper management and stakeholders with timely escalations.
- Manage and control changes to a product by working with stakeholders.
- Identify the critical path of work to assess and mitigate risks for meeting business objectives.
- Partners with the IT BRM to establish and lead regular operating rhythms with relevant stakeholders to cover both strategic and operational opportunities and issues and drive decision-making and action.
- Maintains IT product dashboard (e.g., key performance indicators) for reporting, Agile Delivery Team management, and product health monitoring.
- Create and maintain tools to track product and team metrics or enhance delivery and team productivity.
- Manage employees and/or contracted staff as direct reports.
- Mentor and coach direct and matrixed team members.
- Foster a work environment for team members to grow and keep morale high.

Qualifications To Grow What Matters, You Will Need - At least 8 years' experience with Salesforce CRM managing others, a product, or technical lead.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience having led direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge in the application of User Experience (UX) and User Interaction (UI) best practices in website and mobile application design.
- Experience with enterprise-level, global Salesforce implementations and migrations.
- Experience working across multicultural environment and geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, including primarily conducting business in English while working with global, multicultural, multilanguage teams.
- Ability to communicate and influence senior leaders.
- Practical experience in agriculture or pharma industry is helpful, but not required.
