- Drive insights and data strategy around Voice of the Consumer (VoC), Real World Evidence, Real World Data and Consumer Experience (CX) insights, analytics, metrics;
- Uncover actionable insights and trends based on VoC, RWE, RWD or other internal and external data sources to identify scientific or business opportunities.
- Operationalize data to drive self-service opportunities;
- Constantly monitor data set and to uncover key insights, issues, and trends
- Identify and implement analytic tools to efficiently monitor, analyze and report data;
- Prepare clear and concise presentations for cross-functional awareness that communicates insights and trends as well as proposed solutions and benefits;
- Measure and monitor the health data from different channels to ensure we're delivering memorable interactions leading to consumer and HCP trust;
- Lead initiatives to build and define executive dashboards to report on KPIs.
- Partner with stakeholders to support their use cases with data, insights, trends, and competitive analysis;
- Create and maintain self-service dashboards to enable users to view and drill into data easily;
- Proactively identify where data can make a difference within the organization and work with stakeholders in those areas;
- Lead initiatives to help continuously evolve and expand insights and data capabilities;
- Work with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to build new insights and data analytic capabilities;
- Share data with wider RMSQC team and wider CH team to supplement their data for holistic consumer view;
- Manage and/or support strategic and tactical initiatives associated with innovation, development, and implementation for special projects as requested by brand, consumer, or costumer teams;
- Maintain brand insights and data analysis budget, financial tracking including purchase order management and invoice approvals;
- Proactively engage in self-development activities to continually broaden analytics, insights, and business knowledge;
- Educating the team around the importance of including voice of the consumer data, and that it is not linked to a KPI or checklist it is fundamental as we drive value on road to billions;
- Help with voice of consumer data with claim testing or ideation (credible science) with external vendors like amazon etc. This does cross over into PMR; however it would be good to build this capability within the RMSQC team same with AOL to show broad voice of consumer knowledge.
WHO YOU AREBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:- Knowledge equivalent to BS/BA degree (MBA desirable);
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights (scientific or consumer);
- Excellent data analytic and statistical skills including trending, competitive and financial analysis;
- Experience with acquisition, transfer and cleaning of external data;
- Experience with contact center data and using it to drive improvements;
- Fluent in common statistical and analytical software and tools;
- Excellent data-driven storytelling and presentation skills;
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities focused on high- value activities;
- Strong ability to collaborate, influence and build alignment with key stakeholders;
- Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to create an environment that encourages innovation and risk taking. Ability to engage in positive/productive debate with the leaders of key internal constituent groups. Ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders;
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a strong orientation towards problem solving and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge equivalent to BS/BA degree (MBA desirable); plus 4+ years ideally in data analytics, marketing, consumer analytics or related consumer-focused field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
