Full-time Agronomy Sales

Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote agronomy products and services to agricultural clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers, growers, and agricultural businesses to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Provide agronomic expertise and recommendations on crop inputs, including fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, and other agricultural products.
  • Conduct field visits and consultations to assess crop health, soil conditions, and pest management issues, and provide agronomic advice accordingly.
  • Collaborate with agronomy and research teams to stay updated on the latest agricultural trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, and negotiate terms and pricing as needed.
  • Monitor sales performance and track customer interactions using CRM systems to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of agronomy products and services to customers.
  • Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting, training, and product demonstrations.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental guidelines related to agronomy products and practices.
