This is a salary, non-exempt level position.

Job Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in welding, fabrication, industrial equipment installation required.
  • General mechanical ability.
  • Previous experience working in grain elevators a plus.
  • Active and participate in safety programs Learn and follow written rules and procedures.
  • Work overtime.
  • Respond to call-ins.
  • Perform millwright work as needed.
  • Regular, timely attendance is a must.
  • The ability to climb stairs, perform lifting, sit and stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, work with heights, work over water, bend, kneel and respirator qualified are all required.
  • Candidate must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions, such as hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environment Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed DOT approved
